These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services and websites provided by DevH Consulting, LLC (“DevH Consulting,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including:

• Bookkeeping, accounting, and financial services
• The online reputation management and marketing automation platform located at orm.devhconsulting.com (the “Reputation Service”)
• Any related websites, widgets, APIs, or tools we provide

By using our services or websites, you agree to these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

1. Services Overview

Bookkeeping & Accounting Services – We provide outsourced bookkeeping, payroll support, financial reporting, and related services, primarily using QuickBooks Online and secure bank-feed connections.

Reputation Service – A SaaS platform that helps businesses request, manage, respond to, display, and promote Google reviews using AI-assisted tools and automation.

2. Account Registration & Security

• You must be 18 or older and a lawful U.S. business entity or resident to use our services.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Payment Terms (Reputation Service & Paid Bookkeeping Plans)

• Fees are quoted upfront and invoiced monthly or per engagement.
• Payments are due within 5 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed.
• Late payments accrue interest at 1.5 % per month or the maximum allowed by law.
• All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated.
